JetQuest Travel sought to unify their digital operations by consolidating multiple platforms into a single, cohesive system. Their goals included implementing a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, developing automated marketing campaigns, and enhancing their online presence to attract and engage clients effectively.

What we did for this project

To achieve JetQuest Travel's objectives, we executed a comprehensive digital transformation strategy:

  • Platform Integration: Migrated JetQuest to the Ignite Funnels platform, consolidating their digital operations into a unified system.

  • Priority VIP Program: Developed an evergreen lead magnet in the form of a landing page that facilitates appointment bookings, enhancing lead capture and conversion.​

  • Travel & Earn Affiliate Program: Created and managed an affiliate program using Ignite Funnels, incentivizing referrals and expanding the customer base.​

  • Affiliate Recruitment Funnel: Designed a targeted funnel to attract and onboard new affiliates, streamlining the recruitment process.​

  • Custom Traveler's Portal: Developed a password-protected portal enabling travelers to communicate with trip hosts and fellow travelers, and manage their trip payment plans.​

  • JetQuest Blog: Launched a blog to share travel experiences, tips, and company news, positioning JetQuest as a thought leader in luxury group travel.​

  • Google Analytics Integration: Implemented Google Analytics to monitor website performance and user behavior, providing valuable insights for data-driven decisions.​

  • Opportunities Pipeline and CRM Integration: Connected all digital tools to a centralized CRM, allowing for comprehensive tracking of customer interactions, behavioral data, and facilitating abandoned cart campaigns and promotional marketing.​
